Recently, I had the pleasure of working on an exciting mural project for Coronis Real Estate, a company that wanted to give their office space a much-needed artistic facelift. The brief was simple but challenging: create something interesting and motivational to counterbalance the otherwise bland, corporate environment.

1. Brisbane office mural for Local Business with flair
Having previously worked with Coronis, the trust and rapport I had built with the team made this project even more exciting. The goal was to develop a design that not only brightened up the office but also added an element of creativity and inspiration for the staff and clients. The team’s request was to incorporate local birds nesting outside their office, creating a connection between nature and the workspace.
2. Brainstorming and mural concepts
After several brainstorming sessions, I decided to integrate a powerful phrase by Brisbane boxer Liam Paro: “Game plan is nothing without execution.” This motivational quote tied in perfectly with the dynamic and energetic nature of the office environment, while the birds represented growth and opportunity—a theme that resonated with Coronis’ business ethos.
3. Creating a bespoke piece
The mural was painted over three nights, as I worked to ensure every detail came to life with precision. The result was an eye-catching, thought-provoking piece that instantly transformed the atmosphere of the office.
